ROAD TEST - SOFTWARE LICENSE
OrganicFlash - Tools for making music
Version 1.0 - 12 October 2026

This license covers OrganicFlash's original Road Test software, artwork and
documentation. Third-party components have their own licenses, described below.

WHAT YOUR PURCHASE ALLOWS
You may install and use Road Test on computers you own or control, make backup
copies, and modify it for your own use. You may reverse engineer the software
to debug those modifications, including modifications to its included libraries.
Your license to use the downloaded device does not expire.

You may use Road Test for personal or commercial music, including client work.
OrganicFlash does not claim ownership of your music or require royalties or
credit for music you export with Road Test. You remain responsible for having
permission to use any music or other material you upload or share.

WHAT YOUR PURCHASE DOES NOT ALLOW
Except where applicable law or a third-party license permits otherwise, you may
not distribute, give away, resell, sublicense, or publicly post OrganicFlash's
Road Test software or modified versions of it. You may not rebrand that software
and sell it as your own, or remove its copyright or ownership notices.

Buying Road Test does not transfer ownership of OrganicFlash's code, artwork,
name or logo, or grant permission to imply OrganicFlash endorses another product.
Keep your purchase key private. Do not share or resell paid cloud access or
bypass activation, storage limits or upload limits.

CLOUD FEATURES
One purchase provides one listening room, shared across your own computers;
activating another computer does not create an additional storage allowance.
The included allowance is 1 GB (1,000,000,000 bytes). Each uploaded mix expires
90 days after upload. Download anything you wish to keep before it expires.
Cloud storage is not a permanent archive. These retention limits apply to the
uploaded mixes, not to the duration of your downloaded device license.

OPEN-SOURCE COMPONENTS
Road Test includes third-party software, including LGPL-licensed audio libraries
and components under MIT and other licenses. Those components remain governed
by their own licenses, not by the restrictions above. If these terms conflict
with a third-party license, that license takes precedence for that component.

You retain all rights those licenses grant, including any rights to study,
modify, replace and redistribute the covered components. Read THIRD-PARTY
NOTICES.txt for the applicable notices and license texts. Your purchase includes
corresponding source and replacement materials, either inside the main ZIP or
as a separate source-materials download on your Lemon Squeezy order page:

SOURCE-AND-REPLACEMENT.txt inside it explains their use. Replacing a library
does not grant additional paid cloud access.

YOUR RIGHTS AND SUPPORT
Nothing in this document limits rights that applicable law does not allow us
to limit. This document does not change the included third-party licenses.
